Mandatory Forms To Be Filed By Company Yearly

1. Filing of Form DPT-3 within 3 months from end of financial year i.e. 30th June is the last date of filing DPT-3 without any late fees. Maximum fees is 12 times of normal fees.

2. Filing of Form DIR-3KYC within 6 months from the end of financial year i.e. 30th September is the date of filing DIR-3KYC annually without any late fees. Maximum fees is 5000 per DIN.

3. Filing of Form MGT-14 for adoption of financial statements by the board within 30 days from date of adoption of financial statement by the board of directors. Maximum fees is 12 times of normal fees. If default continue for more than 270 then Compounding provision of Section 441of the Companies Act, 2013 applicable.

4. Filing of Form MSME-1 half yearly within one month, this form is to be file two time in a year.

5. Filing of Form ADT-1 for appointment of Auditor of the company that form is required to be file within 15 days from the date of Annual General Meeting. Maximum fees is 12 times of normal fees.

6. Filing of AOC-4 for filing of Audited financial statement of the company to the Registrar of Companies within 30 days. Fees for delay filing is 100 Rs. Per day.

7. Filing of MGT-7 / MGT-7A for filing of Annual Return of the company to the Registrar of Companies within 60 days. Fees for delay filing is 100 Rs. Per day.

8. FILING OF INCOME TAX RETURN : Companies registered under the Companies Act, 2013, operating business in India are required to file ITR form VI (Income Tax Return form 6) every year on or before September, 30th under Income Tax Act, 1961.
